Our firm
Stacks/The Law Firm, Blue Mountains was established by Rita and Robert Fisher in July 2007, with offices in Leura and Springwood. An independent, autonomous legal practice, the office is a member of the Stacks/The Law Firm alliance, the largest regional-based network of law practices in Australia. This means it has access to the combined knowledge and experience of 76 professional staff in 20 offices across NSW and QLD. Stacks/the Law Firm Blue Mountains can therefore provide the personal touches of a small, family firm, while drawing on the wider resources of the Stacks group.
Rita Fisher is the principal solicitor, and is a highly respected and extremely active member of the local business community. After many years as a teacher and business owner in the mountains, and currently a partner and director of a number of local businesses, Rita's local business knowledge is extensive. This, combined with her legal knowledge, gives her unique insight when dealing with and resolving issues in small business.

For all other areas of law, Stacks/The Law Firm, Blue Mountains incorporates up-to-the-minute communications technology, enabling individual clients to access expert legal advice and have face-to-face meetings with Stacks specialist lawyers, regardless of where they are based.
